- Was there anything you didn't like?I have stayed many times in the Hotel Axel Bertlin The staff on the desk were polite but no more. The steam room wasn’t working. The hot tub wasn’t working. The towels weren’t replenished in the gym upstarirs. The hotel room wasn’t turned over and the bin wasn’t emptied during our 3 night visit. This was disappointing.
