- What did you like most?Nothing.. the desk cleark lied.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I rated this BAD because I get a call 15 minutes from getting to the hotel saying that the air conditioner in the room was out and they were transferring me to a different hotel. I said it was fine that the air wasn't working, then she tells me that they can't get into the room because it was locked. The hotel we ended up getting to told us that the original hotel had over booked and they gave our prepaid room away.
