A spacious balcony, 42-inch flat-screen TV, an electronics charging station and urban loft-style décor are included in each air-conditioned guest room. An private bathroom with over-sized deep soaking tub, hand-held shower head and hair dryer is also provided. A small refrigerator and a coffee machine are included in each room. Select suites offer a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, and a rice cooker. A continental breakfast is served daily. The GS Karaoke Studio is available for guest entertainment. An outdoor swimming pool is available for guest relaxation. An outdoor smoking area with koi ponds and Japanese-style garden is provided.

- What did you like most?Central location, every member of the staff was courteous and hospitable
- Was there anything you didn't like?A piece of jewelry went missing.. while the front desk was courteous and suggested we file a police complaint, they didn't do anything further Also, the term suite is a deliberate attempt to disguise the size and quality of room. We booked for 5, but were told there is usually a charge for a rollaway bed, but they'll waive it for us

- What did you like most?Location is excellent, close to shops and Waikīkī beaches. Friendly staff.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Very run down property, booked a room for 5 adults only 3 towels supplied. The bathroom was run down and needed a good clean. The foldout bed had stains everywhere. Room size was good and huge balcony, we couldn’t have the balcony door open as there is a “weed van” on the corner and people smoked right next to it wafting the smell up to level 5. Breakfast was continental and ok. The pool is small and missing tiles on the floor, seemed like a liability waiting to happen.
