- Was there anything you didn't like?The room was not taken care of lots of stains in carpet walls had stains all over in bathroom and all around the room. Rust on light fixture in bathroom stains and chunks missing in bath tub. My nephew had to sleep on the floor due to the pull out couch cushions and pull out bed full of stains and bed was all springs with no comfort at all. Light fixtures in room where busted hair dryer in room missing plug and asked front desk for another hair dryer and that was also busted. Staff did not want to help or hear anything about what we thought of the room and was no help to find a resolution to the poor mess of the room conditions. Room key was a hit and miss to work and had to go back to the front desk several times to get into room.

- What did you like most?There were very few selections of food as soon as breakfast time was served and the breads was hard and stale.. The juice machine only had apple and cranberry and the milk was lukewarm. The sausage and patties were overcooked and hard. Cereal was stale as well. No fruits.. Had to settle for waffles.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I wasn't notified prior to arrival time that the elevator wasn’t working. I did request a ground-level room because of my disability but I am never guaranteed one, so this would have been a difficult problem because I use a walker to walk. The night staff member named Ashley noticed water coming from our during the night and didn't notify us. We woke up to a bathroom flooded with water for a toilet running over, the water had saturated the carpet from front of the f the bed to the outside of the door entrance. JUST NASTY AND DISGUSTING. VERY UPSET.. Then the staffer had an attitude.. She knew of the situation because she had already placed towels outside the room with a caution sign for other guests.
