- What did you like most?I had a very late, last-minute check-in.
- Was there anything you didn't like?See a plunger next to the toilet as soon as we walked in. The toilet flushed very slowly. We were relocated to another room
- What did you like most?I had to change room 3 times and thank god by the 3rd time the room was actually cleaned with towels and didn't smell like smoke. The front desk clerk was as helpful as she could be with what she had to deal with but the hotel NEEDS AND OVERHAUL swiftly!
- Was there anything you didn't like?I did not like the hard water stains in the toilets and sinks, it clearly states none smoking but you can see and smell the remnants of smoke. The mattresses need to be changed out!
