Disappointment
- What did you like most?I was comfortable on the bed
- Was there anything you didn't like?I went to this location only for the hot tub just to find out hours later that, it wasn't working properly with the eve of the new year it should have been working and if I would have known prior to getting the room, I would not have gone there. Second was the breakfast no bacon no sausage, no meats and no fresh fruit. This place was a total disappointment and to add insult to injury they dint even apologize or try to making it right in anyway. I they should have rectify the situation, if I tell you I'm here because of the hotub and you cant inform me and then hours later when i was ready and excited to be in it mind you, I go down there and its not working totaly wasting my energy going back and forth wondering why would you give me a room I told her it was the one thing I needed after a long week and wanted to enter in the new year relaxed instead I wad upset. It broke my trust with booking.com they rated this hotel over 8.6 nope this hotel and the location is less way less
