- Was there anything you didn't like?There was a damp smell, but I was on the first floor, by the pool. I would stay again, but in a different room.

- What did you like most?My man Israel at the concierge desk was truly amazing! Javier the busboy crushed it so hard and Pamela in the gift shop made my experience one of a kind. Amazing service from everyone of the staff members! I was only there two days, but the staff would always call me out by name when I walked by. I've never felt so welcomed at a resort as I felt here. They bent over backwards to make sure me and all the other guests were happy. Even the first aid attendant who helped wrap up my foot after cutting it on a rock in the ocean was amazing, very professional. I loved this resort and will be coming back very soon! I highly recommend anyone to check this place out!
- Was there anything you didn't like?The restaurants and daily buffet were good, but not great. That's my only criticism, the rest of the resort was amazing. The amazing staff makes up for the restaurants short comings.
